This little funny guy spent several minutes repeating a strange sequence of actions
The seagull went on a rock and from there looked down at the waves.
When a bigger waves was about to reach the rock, the seagull took off.
I thought “it will fly away, on a bigger rock”.
No, the seagull waited for the wave to calm down and then the seagull got back on the rock.
These actions have been repeated at least 3-5 times per rock, for a total of 5 rocks (then I had to leave).
I wonder if the seagull was looking for a peaceful place or if he was playing or exercising his reflexes… or all the things together.

You have already seen the Java-theme Calendar for year 2012.
The Calendar made for my brother.
On 19th December officially started “my” Christmas vacation.
This means that on 19th December afternoon I have started doing what I had been desiring to do for at least 4 weeks:
just stay with my pictures and imagination!
since it’s the end of the year I opted to go ahead with the calendars project.
On Monday I created a soap-bubble theme calendar for my mother.
This one will hang on a wall in our apartment corridor for the next 12 months.
On Tuesday I created a nature-events theme calendar for the webmaster:
For the first time he will hang his calendar in a room in north Italy. Big changes in our life are going to happen in a couple of week, I want to give him something that would make him feel at home even for just a second per day.
On late Tuesday a good man I met on the web asked me a calendar for his granddaughter. He asked me a calendar full of cats
Here it is. Except for the cat on the left bottom corner, that is the grandpa’s cat picture taken with a cellphone the rest all all cats picture I have taken from late Summer 2006 to October 2011.
I tried to use lighter colors since it will go as a present for a 7 year old girl. I hope she’ll enjoy it.
This was actually the most difficult calendar since I have no idea of what a little girl might like (but this is another story…)
Now the last big dilemma is left: WHAT ABOUT MINE CALENDAR?
I know that these calendar are not exactly the most useful thing in the world, but people receiving one of these as present seem to enjoy his/her calendar for the whole year.
Plus: I really love making them because it’s another way to enjoy the process that start with a just-white page and ends with a colorful page.

Not the best result, as always.
It could have get much more, in theory.
But I am not good enough.

Am I not properly wired for these studies?
Or I am just not enough for everything running on this earth?.
Family and Friends keep on saying “the important is to go ahead”…
and I keep asking “to where?”
and they keep silent

I could see 4 of them while I am walking toward the car parking

I turn around: there are students in a class following a lecture…
While I am wondering if what I was doing could be of any disturb I realized that:
Considering similar circumstances
for the first time
I was EXACTLY where I would have loved to be for years (since September 2006).
It’s not the answer I am looking for, but it’s much better than mere silence.

The creature tried to hide in the lemon tree on the balcony
After a few pictures the nice creature went in another balcony.
I have no idea of what animal is it, but it was a nice chance to get some picture.
Not that bad.
Just hope next time, if its not dangerous for the plants on the balcony, that it will directly go on the lemon since I study (in theory) on my swing!

This cat spent at least 2hours on the wall.
Even cats get lazy in summer-time! 
Java loves to stay on the ladder, if there is a “free” ladder she can’t avoid climbing up this and stay at its top.
The higher the ladder is the more Java likes it… she can spend a whole day on the ladder and it’s quite difficult to make her accept the idea that “it’s time to get down”.
On Sunday, as aslways, Java was on the ladder close to a windw. In the meantime my father was outside the house trying to place a new lamp near the main door of the house.
Java heard the noises and thought well to not leave the ladder but to check what that stranger was doing, of course “with the least effort”…
I don’t know if this is normal, but it was fun to see her in such a weird pose.
It’s just wind, but it feels like breath
it’s just the sound made by the surrounding vegetation moved by the wind, but it sounds like a whisper coming from far away.
It’s just an hare or a rabbit,
but who said it can’t be enough?
Little friend, I have waited for you so long that I gave up waiting…
